  • What is FundSavior and how does it work?
    FundSavior is a crowdfunding platform that connects people who need financial support with donors who want to make a difference. Anyone can create a campaign for a cause — medical bills, education, emergency cash, poverty relief, community projects, and more. Once your campaign is verified and published, donors from anywhere in the world can contribute. Funds are released directly to you through a secure payout process.
  • Is it free to create a campaign?
    Yes — creating a campaign on FundSavior is completely free. We apply a small platform fee on donations received to cover payment processing and operational costs. The fee is always displayed transparently before your campaign goes live, so there are no surprises.
  • Who can create a campaign?
    Any individual aged 18 or over with a verified account can create a campaign. You can fundraise for yourself, a family member, a friend, or a cause you care about. Organisations and nonprofits are also welcome. All campaigns go through a verification process before they are published to protect donors and ensure authenticity.
  • How long does it take for a campaign to go live?
    Standard campaigns are reviewed and approved within 24 hours. Emergency campaigns are prioritised and typically go live within 1–2 hours. You will receive an email notification as soon as your campaign is approved. To speed up the process, make sure your campaign includes a clear description, a realistic goal, and any supporting documents.

  • What payment methods are accepted?
    We accept debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, and select mobile money options depending on your region. We support multiple currencies including USD, GBP, EUR, NGN, GHS, KES, ZAR and more. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways.
  • Can I donate anonymously?
    Yes. During checkout you can choose to make your donation anonymous. Your name will not appear on the campaign page or in any public donation feed. The campaign organiser will still receive your full contribution, and you will receive a confirmation email for your own records.
  • What happens if a campaign doesn't reach its goal?
    FundSavior uses a keep-what-you-raise model. Even if a campaign does not hit its target, the organiser keeps all funds raised (minus the platform fee). You are never penalised for falling short. If a campaign is cancelled or found to be fraudulent, donors may be eligible for a refund at our discretion.
  • Is my payment information secure?
    Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS and processed through PCI-compliant gateways. FundSavior never stores your full card details on our servers. Your financial data is handled directly by our trusted payment processors, and our platform is protected by industry-standard security measures.

  • When can I withdraw my funds?
    Withdrawals are available once your campaign is marked as completed. This ensures that all donations have been properly processed and verified before funds are released. Once your campaign completes, you can submit a withdrawal request from your dashboard and our team will review it within 1–3 business days.
  • What withdrawal methods are available?
    We support two withdrawal methods: Bank Transfer (local and international) and Crypto (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, BNB, Solana and more). You will need to provide your bank account details or crypto wallet address when submitting a withdrawal request. Always double-check wallet addresses — crypto transfers cannot be reversed.
  • How long does a withdrawal take?
    After you submit a withdrawal request, our team reviews it within 1–3 business days. Once approved, the transfer is processed and funds typically arrive within 1–5 business days depending on your bank or crypto network. You will receive email notifications at each stage — when your request is received, approved, and when payment is sent.
  • Can I withdraw part of my raised funds?
    Yes. You can request to withdraw any amount up to your available balance (total raised minus any previously withdrawn or pending amounts). There is no requirement to withdraw everything at once. You can submit multiple withdrawal requests from the same campaign as long as you have available funds remaining.

  • How does FundSavior verify campaigns?
    Every campaign submitted to FundSavior is reviewed by our team before it goes live. We verify the organiser's identity, check the cause description for accuracy, and may request supporting documentation such as medical reports, bills, or identification. Campaigns that cannot be verified or that violate our guidelines are not published. This process protects donors and gives legitimate campaigns more credibility.
  • What should I do if I suspect a campaign is fraudulent?
    If you believe a campaign is misrepresenting its purpose or is otherwise fraudulent, please report it immediately by contacting our trust team at trust@fundsavior.com. We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly. If fraud is confirmed, the campaign will be taken down, further donations blocked, and affected donors may be eligible for a refund.
  • How do I know my donation is being used correctly?
    Campaign organisers are required to post updates as their campaign progresses. These updates are visible to all donors and show how funds are being used. Our team also monitors active campaigns for unusual activity. If a campaign receives a high volume of reports or shows signs of misuse, we will pause it and conduct a full review before releasing any further funds.
  • Can I get a refund on my donation?
    Donations are generally non-refundable once processed, as they are passed directly to campaign organisers. However, if a campaign is found to be fraudulent, cancelled by the organiser before disbursement, or violates our Terms & Conditions, we may issue a refund at our discretion. To request a refund, contact us at support@fundsavior.com with your donation reference number.
  • How does FundSavior handle my personal data?
    We take privacy seriously. Your personal data is stored securely and never sold to third parties or advertisers. We collect only what is necessary to operate the platform — your name, email, and payment details.
